Lots of speaking, a focused lesson, your questions answered, and personal corrections on your grammar, pronunciation and technical vocabulary, plus real insight into how business English works.

Who teaches the sessions?
I do. I’m Melissa B. Duarte, author of The Global Business English Mastery Series, and I run every session and write every set of feedback notes myself. Want to see how I teach before you join? Watch a few lessons on my YouTube channel.
I’m shy. Is this for me?
Yes. Small groups exist for exactly this reason. With only four people there’s no audience, just a conversation, and you speak when you’re ready.
Can my company pay for it?
Yes. I’ll send an invoice in your company’s name. Many employers cover training like this, so it’s worth asking.
What if I miss a session?
You’ll get the materials, and you can send me a voice note with your thoughts on the topic. I’ll reply with feedback.
What days and times are the sessions?
Each group meets at the same time every week. Times are set when a group forms, based on the availability people share when they join the waiting list, so tell me when works for you and where you are in the world.
How do I know if my level is right?
The Meeting Room is for upper-intermediate to advanced speakers, B2 and above. Not sure of your level? Get in touch to arrange a short call, and I’ll assess your level and find the right group for you.
What happens after I join the waiting list?
You’ll get a confirmation email. When your group is ready, I’ll contact you to arrange a quick call and confirm your seat. Joining the list doesn’t commit you to anything.
